Kids Cards is an idea all about creating the perfect keepsake and boosting Christmas spirit while raising money for your school, club or group.
The end result is personalised Greeting Cards for school families… on the front of the card is their own child’s artwork; that’s right… EVERY SINGLE CHILD will have their very own set of greeting cards complete with their individual artwork on the front. On the back of the card will be the child’s name, age, grade and your school / group logo… it’s the perfect keepsake to end the school year with.
The program is an art based order form fundraiser so there are no out of pocket expenses. We provide all the material you need free of charge. You receive money with the product orders so the event is 100% self-funding.
FUNDRAISING POTENTIAL
Your school or Childcare, ELC, Kinda, club or group will make $3 NET PROFIT for every pack sold and there are no minimum orders so schools and groups or any size can take part. .
Each pack of 8 cards costs (school families) $15, which is $1.87 per card, or 20 cards in a pack for $25, $1.25 per card. This represents excellent value when you consider generic cards start at around $3.95 from the newsagent!
HOW DOES IT WORK
You run the fundraiser over a 1 to 2 week period.
STEP 1: REGISTER YOUR EVENT. Once you register we supply enough Art Paper and order forms for all participants. The order forms also contain a welcome letter to explain the fundraiser to your members and their families.
STEP 2: LAUNCH THE FUNDRAISING PHASE: During this 2 week period children use medium they like to design a Greeting Card cover. Order forms are sent home at the same time so parents can purchase the Greeting Cards.
STEP 3: PLACE YOUR ORDER: After the fundraising phase; simply collect the order forms, place you order with us and supply your school logo along with the Artwork (on Art Paper). Your personalised Greeting Cards will arrive 1-2 weeks later.

WHEN CAN WE HOLD THIS FUNDRAISER
The best time to hold this event is Term 4 leading into Christmas Time. Please beware however that each year we have a rush on this program. Given the Christmas deadline we can only offer this program to 100 schools or groups to ensure on time processing and delivery. Early bookings aid planning and avoid disappointment, so we look forward to hearing from you soon.
